I always leave my workout with Emile feeling glad I did it. He doesn’t let me get by with less than 100% effort, ensures the right form and is careful not to push too far. After a workout I have more spring in my step and better posture.

I’ve been successfully training with Emile since ’99. I plan to continue until I am 99. It is the only weight training program I’ve ever actually enjoyed and stayed with. The Slow Method works really well for me but, honestly, it is all about the right trainer.

SMX is a addictive type training. I have been with you for more that 4 1/2 years. I don’t do anything consistent for 4 1/2 years. My ADD kicks in and I lose interest very quickly. I have to be stimulated to continue this exercise program. 4 1/2 years ago I looked in the mirror and didn’t know who it was reflecting back to me. It was ugly… I was pushing hard at 200 lbs. As of this morning weigh-in I’m at 169.8….A goal that I would have never archived on my own. This program has changed my life and despite all the Bull S ..t I give you, … I sing your praises far and wide. Not a day goes by without someone telling me how good I look. It’s because I look healthy …not because of my cute face. I look healthy because I don’t have “Dun Lap”…. That’s when your stomach dun lapped over your belt and you can’t see anything below that. What you have done with Kathleen has also helped her and also Kandice. I see results from this style of program. I know that this has given me a better quality of life, because I feel good and feel good about myself.

SMX is great. In just 30 minutes {or should I say two 30 minute sessions per week}, the super-slow resistance training builds and tones muscles beyond belief. I have more complete muscle development than I did at age 20. And with the strengthening of my legs, I can climb stairs easier than I’ve been able to do in many years. You should try it.

I began working out at with Emile several months ago and am so glad I did. The facility is well located with cutting edge equipment. If it weren’t for Emile and SMX, I’d still be carting around all my baby weight! With 3 kids, I have no free time. SMX gets the most done in the least time so I can get back to other things. With only a half an hour, once a week, I can maintain muscle tone and stay fit. SMX gives me the energy to keep up with my children. It’s the only strength-training that fits my busy schedule and keeps me motivated to stay healthy.

Emile Tujague has been my trainer for 6 years. He is a professional who takes his job seriously. He is encouraging while helping you do your best, even though many of us would give up on our own. My body is stronger, more toned and I feel healthier than before I started my training sessions. The facility houses many workout machines while still remaining roomy and clean. The other trainers working around you are friendly. I would recommend you give Emile a chance to see what he can do for you.
